The Swansea Drugs Project currently employs 20 paid members of staff, with various qualifications, experience, training and backgrounds. It is their role to deliver a comprehensive range of treatment options to drug and alcohol users, and their families and friends. All workers receive regular supervision, and training to enable them to undertake their duties in a competent and professional manner.
The project also offers opportunities to volunteers from the local community, and offers training placements to student social workers and nurses.
Staff are expected to adhere to the Federation of Drug and Alcohol Professionals.
